TUITION PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

Tuition Payment:

All tuition and applicable fees must be paid in full prior to the student's official start date and enrollment in classes. Students who have not completed tuition payment may not be permitted to begin coursework until all financial obligations have been satisfied.

Application & Transcript Evaluation Fee

A one-time, non-refundable Application and Transcript Evaluation Fee of $200 (Only apply to international student) is required for all new students seeking admission, transcript translation services, credit evaluation, and transfer credit validation. This fee is due at the time of application and is not refundable under any circumstances.

Refund Policy:

SNWA understands that circumstances may change after enrollment. Tuition refunds are available according to the following schedule:

• Before the first two (2) weeks of enrollment: 100% tuition refund.
• After two (2) weeks but before four (4) weeks of enrollment: 50% tuition refund.
• After four (4) weeks of enrollment: No tuition refund will be issued.

The $200 Application and Transcript Evaluation Fee is non-refundable and is not included in any tuition refund calculation.

By enrolling at SNWA, students and parents acknowledge and agree to abide by the Tuition Payment and Refund Policy.

GRADE 6–8 (MIDDLE SCHOOL)

Grade 6: $1,400 per year (2 semesters)
Grade 7: $1,400 per year (2 semesters)
Grade 8: $1,400 per year (2 semesters)

GRADE 9–12 (HIGH SCHOOL)

Grade 9: $1,850 per year (2 semesters)*
Grade 10: $2,700 per year (2 semesters)**
Grade 11: $3,900 per year (2 semesters)*** Included: SAT Preparation and College Planning.
Grade 12: $4,500 per year (2 semesters) - Included: SAT Preparation and College Planning.

* Applies to students enrolled for four consecutive years.
** Applies to students enrolled for three consecutive years.
*** Applies to students enrolled for two consecutive years.
