Student Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Students who wish to withdraw from the school must submit a written withdrawal request to the administration office.

• Full Refund (100%): A full refund of tuition fees will be granted if the student withdraws before completing two (2) weeks from the date of enrollment.

• Partial Refund (50%): A 50% refund of tuition fees will be granted if the student withdraws after two (2) weeks but before completing four (4) weeks from the date of enrollment.

• No Refund: No refund will be granted for withdrawals made after four (4) weeks from the date of enrollment.

Any registration, application, or administrative fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days following approval of the withdrawal request.
